Gengar can do exactly that, is immune to Toxic, and also has Nasty Plot+Focus Blast, so it can easily break past Blissey/Chansey.
Meanwhile Spectrier needs a +6 Hyper Beam and Life Orb to break past Blissey, not even Chansey, and that Nasty Plot+Sub+Taunt set gets you walled by any Ghost type since you’re running Hyper Beam.
And what’s the point of Taunt when you already have Sub to begin with? Sub takes advantage of Teleport while Taunt just delays a switch, you block Status with Sub while protecting you from attacking moves, only Chansey sets up Stealth Rock, and you can technically blow past Blissey with enough Nasty Plots.
