Its ugly but I liked its story. I really wish the head was smaller. I get that it's supposed to be weak at the beginning, but why not raise its BST or give it an alternate form once you've gone through the story beats? Pokemon riding other pokemon is a stupid idea but I think they made it kinda work by making the horses more like actual horses rather than pokemon.

Again, I wish he were strong on his own, my team lacks a grass type when I have water and fire he was perfect for that role but 80 across the board is terrible especially for a grass type to have and his movepool is bad,too he can't defend at all against any of the seven weaknesses he has for a king he sure is weak by himself, put him on a horse and he's a predictable monster I still can't decide if I want to use the ghost or the ice horse I have both but ugh decisions decisions I might go ghost so I can use Dakamura Galar

I'm kinda disappointed it doesn't have any interaction with Zacian/Zamamta or Eternaus I mean it saved a forest from Eternaus's touchdown before so why not interact with that? Zacian and Zamamata I can sorta get since nothing says they're tied to this pokemon but I would have liked to have seen them acknowledged when you challege it at it's full power

I think they're called Wolpertinger in Germany. Between Calyrex, Grimmsnarl, Hatterene, and Perrserker I'm pretty sure gen 9 will be set in Germany.

Remember we got 3 musketeers (Swords of Justice) before going to Kalos and we got Robinhood (Decidueye) before going to Galar.

How in the hell are they afraid of a pokemon with that typing, that movepool and these stats? It's baffling. You could kill this thing with Aerial Ace, Crunch, Bite, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, X-Scissors, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, all moves that go to a huge number of pokemon.

They just banned all of the main legendary pokemon from each game. You can't use Zac/Zam, Eternatus, Kyogre/Groudon, etc,
Only the side legendaries like birds and dogs are usable.

Anyway back on Calyrex I kinda wish I didn't learn about the real reason byhind the jackalope myth. Those poor rabbits I can't imagine howe painful it is to have horns growing out of your body not even just your head but your mouth and back, apparently it destroys their minds most of the time. Meanwhile here Calyrex is just fine we have no idea which of those things on it's head are it's ears and which are horns or if that green bud is apart of his body or not. I'd like to think the front ones are his ears and the back ones are the horns but trying to figure out pokemon biology is pointless they are fictional creatures

During the Centro leaks, where the "fusion" thingie were revealed to be no more than a Pokémon riding another Pokémon, my seethe were at its peak.
