>>45288378100+ speed or 100+ offensive stats is like a bare minimum to even be considered OU worthy, and it's been that way for over a decade now. Poor example.
Look, don't try and backpedal. You said "it's filled with legendaries and pseudos" as the reason OU is ubers lite, and that's terrible logic no matter how you cut it. There are lots of shitty legendaries, and lots that are even "just" OU worthy. And there has never been a point in Pokemon's history where a pseudo inherently meant it was too good for OU. Never, ever, ever. Garchomp and Salamence were the only pseudos to ever get directly hit with the banstick IIRC, and it was for one generation. Meanwhile you have Tyranitar who's been considered top tier OU for most of its existence and was never considered too good for the tier, and this is dating back to gen II for fuck's sake.
I don't care what you "consider" legendary or not, what is a legendary and what is a pseudo is well understood by fans and not something up for debate. The fact is, being a legendary or a pseudo is not a guarantee of bustedness and therefor it is illogical to consider OU too similar to Ubers just because it has a bunch of legendaries in it. Most legendaries aren't even OU worthy let alone Ubers, and while pseudos are designed to be strong there's even a couple that fell through the cracks like cum dragon and almost assuredly soon to be Hydreigon.
Now I said I think OU is "getting there" but not quite yet. Pokemon that break that 150+ base offense threshold are still a novelty in OU, more so with megas outright removed from the game. When we start seeing box legendaries that aren't crippled shit like pre-gen VIII Kyurem-B in the tier, then we can call it Ubers lite.
