From day 1 back in 2016, I was team Popplio while everyone drooled for Litten, and the absolute shock when Primarina was revealed was 10/10
And to top it off, on Christmas morning on a long carride down to a family event, I got a female Popplio my first try and named her "Ariel". Playing Moon during my freshman year just brings back waves of memories
It's so jarring that 4 years have gone by, and I'm now in my freshman year of college. Why is it that I feel a small spark of excitement for Gen 7, but then I realize it's been 4 years since Alola, 7 years since Kalos/Hoenn, and 10 years since Unova??
