>>45301776This is the problem actually. Pokemon games provide just enough, now, to give the vast majority of the playerbase what they look for it a pokemon game. New pokemon, some gym challenge equivalent, interaction gimmicks and easy light gameplay.
The minority of fans get angry because they are aware that the games could include much more, but refuse to, because the effort isnt worth the very small amount of extra sales (most of this minority will "buy it anyways" too). So people defend GF because they got what they cared about, and everyone else is just entitled.
