>>45309967There is no situation in which you'd be better off doing this than just using Bulldoze twice, assuming you want a ground move but can't learn EQ or High Horsepower on a physical attacker. There's nothing to my knowledge that would be able to learn Stomping Tantrum but not Bulldoze.
