Which game has the best first dungeon? I'm not counting dungeons that can accessed early but don't function as full dungeons till you come back later (Like dark cave)
I'd say for each region it's
>Viridian forest
>Sprout tower (or possibly union cave in GSC)
>petalburg woods (or arguably granite cave if your REALLY particular about the needing to complete it later)
>Oreburgh Mine
>Pinwheel forest
>satalune forest
>Verdant cavern
>Galar mines 1
But this is up for debate. I'm more so asking how well they function as dungeon tutorials rather than how good they or in a vacuum when compared
