What do you think the ethical stance on grinding is? Do you think there are Pokemon activists who are protesting that trainers are knocking out the entire Pidgey population in native areas for speed EVs?

EVs are fine because you have some control over them and it adds customization. IVs and Natures, I agree, they contradict the whole "friendship" shit.
EVs should just be Ability Points or something that you can choose how to invest yourself without it being dependent on what you fought, like other RPGs.
