Lele and Bulu aren’t as good in VGC as the new grass/psychic terrain setters. Mainly because Rillaboom/Indeedee actually have doubles support moves

People actually do use Indeedee over Lele, so...
Pincurchin is actual garbage, so there's a good reason nobody uses it.

This and even if lele got expanding force, people use indeedee for a completely different role to tapu lele as a support mon for things like trick room so Indeedee would of still see use regardless

It worked though, Koko and Lele are nowhere as popular as they were before. Specially Lele, and Indedee sees more usage than it.
Absolutely nobody is using Tapu Bulu.
Fini on the other hand has remained completely untouched and in fact it's the most used pokémon in the current format.

Though as for Pinchurin, Ive never seen anyone use it even with Koko being cut so I doubt anything would really change wether koko got rising voltage or not.
