the autumn colours are fine and that colour scheme looks like neon slime but god, the spiral on the head looks stupid and tacked on, it would have been just fine without it

Because for whatever reason gen 4 had the trend where the shinies are slightly darker, instead of everything being puke green.

You guys missed the point. Most real shinies are puke green, but Leafeon’s shiny is just a slightly darker version of the original. The real shiny is not autumn colored.

Why should it be allover green?
The pokédex clearly says, it only has leafes on the body. Grass type dosn´t has to be a plant completely.
