Radfems are the polar opposite of your standard Twitter Libfem (you know the kind), and Terfs specifically don't see trans"women" as women, because they're not. They see them as the men they are and think they shouldn't be included in female exclusive issues or spaces, like shelters for homeless mothers and their daughters or those escaping abusive households, group talks for those recovering from miscarriages or assault/rape, bathrooms, prisons, etc.
Similarly, they do include trans"men" because they're women and always will be. Their focus and goal is the protection of women and women only, and know that simply putting on a wig and lipstick doesn't magically change your sex, and nothing will.
