I can't properly remember the full text since I played Emerald a LONG time ago but I remember that I got the impression that the swimmer was really hitting on the player(me) ... hasn't anybody else played Emerald?

I'm aware. At the time I was tired of Unova after a single game and didn't think it had enough changes to warrant the sequel. By the time I knew how good it was, I didn't have the money to buy it. And now...yeah.

You can find the rom online easily and if you bought your pc within the last 8 years you can emulate it so go ahead anon. It’s honestly a really good and complete game. Great Pokémon variety too. And I reccomend you look up cheats so that you can enable challenge mode. It makes the game not piss easy.
