Man. Even with 1/100 odds (I have the charm) Dynamax Adventure shiny hunting is tiring as fuck. I haven't even found a single shiny on the way to the boss on any time I've done it. Anyone else getting this feel?

Yea, you're definitely not the only one, Anon. Your luck's bound to come around, eventually. Just have to be persistent. Might even get shinies from regular Pokemon before the Legendary.

Shiny hunting is pure autism of a degree far beyond many of the other autistic avenues one can take with an interest in Pokemon.

I've done around 50 adventures without the charm and no shinies so far. I know that's technically within the odds, but it feels bad.

Pretty sure that's not how odds work, if that were the case that would mean that catching 100 pokemon would give you a 100/100 chance of finding a shiny which is obviously not the case

It's 1/100 (with the shiny charm). You have a 1/25 of one of the 4 pokemon you catch being a shiny.

And of course, the only one you can actually ensure you meet is the legendary at the end. All other pokemon are random.

Its way better with friends, my friends and I have been grinding Zygarde raids, and after beating him 6 times in a row I finally got shiny Zygarde.
