Same with gen 7 and Team Skull/Aether Foundation, only that you only have Lillie, Hau and Kukui behind you. And in gen 8 the only true opposition you have is Bede, and Macro Cosmos people only appear at the end of the game.
I think it's okay to have characters who help you but GOD please give me interesting characters who make me want to keep playing the thing. They all don't have to be nice to me.
