It's no consolation for how shit "insiders" are, but USUM's reveal purposefully misled people into believing it was a Switch title. The beginning of the trailer had the Switch "click" with no mention of the 3DS before they revealed Pokken DX and offhandedly shoved USUM into the same trailer with no fanfare whatsoever.
