What's stopping someone else from drawing, say, a yellow fox with tanuki markings and calling it a "fakemon", and using that as a "reason" to spam it all over the board? It's just a stupid way to bypass rules and spam your OC without consequences in a board where you know it'd get more attention, instead of treating it for what it is, another random furry OC. You know that posting it where it belongs, be it other sites or even proper boards here, won't garner much attention to it so instead you use the "fakemon" umbrella to spam it here as much as you like, and then you wonder why people are fed up.
Fakemon threads where independent designs are all contained and people get to share their ideas are perfectly fine, but trying to bypass the rules to spam your creature all over is not, it's stepping out of boundary.
