>>45369601 said, and that's only because crabrawler isn't an ice type and it's a crab = sealife = water move. Even if it's a special move it can't properly use, even if it doesn't make much sense because it's based on a terrestrial crab that dies underwater, but still somehow makes more sense than an actual water type that can travel across any sea warm or cold just because it's part ice type (with no good reason for the ice typing either, just like half the other ice types of gen 1), that apparently makes sense to gamefreak.
That said, lapras gets freeze dry and sparkling aria now, both good moves.
