So how would you rank this pokemon lorewise? I would put it on the level of the creation trio or a bit below.

Eternamax can wrap reality too. Dynamax phenomenon is explicitly stated to be a reality-be ding phenomenon where the dynamaxing pokemon simply warps surrounding reality and projects itself to look bigger instead of actually growing massive. Eternamax however, can warp timespace to the point where he can open several mini-wormholes around him.

Hoopa can do the exact same thing with hoops, and it seems to do so casually and for fun.
Eternatus is just a sentient power source, it doesn't come close to anything like the creation trio. Seems more on par with Necrozma or something, just a ridiculously powerful entity.

The only thing I’d change in the image is id put Reshiram, Zekrom and B Kyurem and W Kyurem to C tier as all of Zekrom and Reshiram’s dex entries mentions that they can scorch the planet with fire or lightning with Reshiram’s case even going as far as to mention that it can alter the planets atmosphere which clearly qualifies for C tier. Black and White Kyurem also has both Zekrom and Reshiram’s power which at least puts itself around C tier possibly higher but that depends on how close Kyurem itself is to the original dragon power wise.
