Anyone remember that weird mock fangame PETA made about pokemon a few years ago? Am I the only one who thought that was kinda neat? I mean, it's kinda a bitch to play with how you can't find any healing items nor any way to recover your parties health - That and PETA's natural ham fisted way of lecturing you on virtual animal abuse - But I think its a cool concept at least and would make an interesting rom hack if anyone ever ran with the idea.
