This thing is retardedly strong, it shouldn't be allowed to exist
He just sets up his terrain without having to do anything and and starts spamming a priority move that does way too much damage, coming from a monstrous attack stat
There is no strategy involved, you just get maximum speed and damage without even investing a single turn
His ability should have been used to buff some useless shitmon like Bellossom, not to create something broken and unfair
