Tauros/Miltank prevo is a calf. It's a really obvious idea to tie these two together, no need to explain it. Should NOT be a friendship evo.
Kangaskhan's prevo is just what it carries in the pouch, which definitely looks different enough to be a prevo. Male ones evolve into a taller and thinner Kanga, more like a Kangaroo but not too crazy. Just a bit less kaiju.
Lapras' prevo could just be smaller and cuter, like some many of the babies are. It's just such a big creature, I feel like it should have a baby, like Snorlax.
Skarmory same as Lapras. It's big. Mantine gets a prevo and Skarmory doesn't? Maybe it can't even fly since its wings haven't harded properly yet.
Girafarig should have been the counterpart for Donphan. It should have a smaller prevo, maybe the tail-head hasn't even really appeared yet.
Stantler's could just be small and hornless, cutesy.
And Aerodactyl's could be based more on skittish smaller pterodactyls like you see in dinosaur movies. Its wings are connected to its back legs and it'll often climb trees.
Evos:
Samurai for Farfetch'd. The leek gets sharpened, the feathers around the body grow long enough to act like a kimono, the duck feet become like Japanese sandals, the eyebrow feathers become long and angry, etc.
A female Hitmon for female Tyrouge to evolve into. More of an acrobat, might be a special one
A male Jynx counterpart, the blonde hair becomes a blond beard. Sort of dorfy.
Male Chansey and Blissey counterparts are more reddish and aggressive looking, like a battle cleric. Maybe a special move to steal opponent's health and heal the last Pokemon you had in, since double battles aren't in yet.
Pinsir's beta evo would be back, maybe it'd evolve with the Ground powerup item, like Scizor uses Metal Coat.
Heracross' could be based a bit on the mega. Just bigger and friendly, never too much Heracross.
