I always felt Battle frontier battles like they were from an universe apart from the story/regional lore. You see the entire region praising a trainer because they have 1 pseudo legendary, then some nobody (not even the frontier brain) in a tower whips out the 3 legendary birds in 1 battle

bad teams overall. You missed the aces of some trainers and gave some trainers the Pokemon they use in Adventures, which for some was cool, but for others was weird when you combined that with the fact you deleted their aces.
