As much as I hate XY that game actually had a unique farming system involving berry mutation where you could plant two berries next to each other and another, different berry plant would sprout. I'm pretty sure that was the only method of obtaining roseli berries, but I could be wrong there. Just another cool feature Game Freak left in the dust and forgot about.
