Does spinning your stylus around the pokeball on your touch screen affect capture rate when throwing a pokeball in gen 4? I do not think it does, but my friend says it does affect the capture rate. Does anyone know anything about this? I do not think is true, and he can't seem to provide any evidence of his claim.
