I fucking hate this waste of a pokemon. Out of all 800+ pokemon, Phione is by far the most useless piece of shit that has ever been greenlit. It has zero competitive use, almost no in-game presence, shitty lore, and barely qualifies as a legendary so more often than not you can't even use it where legendaries are banned. Now there are plenty of pokemon designs I don't like, but Phione doesn't even have the decency to be ugly enough to make fun of like Calyrex or bad enough to be laughable like Ledian.
