It's weird. Fiery Wrath hit both opponents despite hitting all opponents not being in its description. And it has the chance to cause flinching, which can really screw over your opponent if you have good RNG with it.

It's usually max speed and sp. atk with a weakness policy. Its movepool is so shallow you should be able to figure that out yourself.

Water Bubble doesn't mention that it doubles the power of water-type moves. I remember people being absolutely perplexed by Araquanid at the start of Gen VII

That might be more how it's programmed. Life Orb's damaging the user effect gets treated as an additional effect of the move and is negated by Sheer Force.

I've been running a max bulk set. After one Nasty Plot you still hit like a truck anyways, and when they proc your WP it barely scratches you.
