Not OP but what he made is a printable sculpture that has a fighting stance. It's meant to either be admired, or printed. For MMD or any animation software, you would need to have a rig for the model (think of it as a skeleton). You could technically add a rig to it while it's in this state but it would be very hard/time consuming/broken. In order to have a character that can be animated you need to set it in a neutral position, in T-pose with no facial expressions. Also since OP is working in zbrush and you can see the insane amount of smoothness, the model probably has a couple of millions of polygons, which would put any PC on its knees during realtime rendering, nevertheless during an animation, he would have to drastically reduce the polycount.
