So, why wouldn't they use said magical wind powers to make themselves fly in place? The Psychic types do it just fine. And besides, Jigglypuff's levitation is NEBVER described as magical either, they always use the bullshit (and also physics AND biology defying) explanation of it inflating itself with air. Are THESE the also magical wind powers, or is is simply Pokemon shitting on physics for the sake of interesting monster design? (hint: It's not the former).
Like I said before, physics means jack to Pokemon whenever they feel like it, and arguing logic is pointless.
