I refuse to believe the same designers that made the absolute trainwreck the majority of Gen 8 designs are made THIS.

Corviknight is too good for Gen 8.

Orbeetle is pretty based.

There are VERY few good Gen 8 mons but the ones that are good are great

Gen 8 is a lot like Gen 5 in that regard, it has some of the highest highs and lowest lows as far as designs are concerned. There are very few that are merely "okay".

I honestly just grabbed a thumbnail in my images that I couldn't even really see lol, but yes Gen 5 is similar in that most of the dex is good despite bad apples, neither are as good or consistent as Gen 3 or Gen 7 but they're both okay. Gen 8 is a little bit worse tho I'd say, maybe the worst? But the fact that it's still not entirely bad is saying smth, the games aren't bad because of the designers, that's for sure
