A Gloria-themed log-in bonus will run at the end of November, and Gloria will be added after it.
Her partner pokemon isn't known yet, but the content of the bonus rewards are hinting at a 4* Striker/Offensive pokemon.
Now that Gen 8 is finally debuting in Masters, are you filthy swoosh commoners gonna give it a go?

Dena (the devs for masters) put up a survey ~3 months ago; You could choose between different features you wanted in the game
In practice, it's just them pretending you have a choice as almost everything listed is already planned to come anyway (at a snail's pace though)
Sword/Shield characters and macromax were two of the boxes you could tick

usum “male protag” has always been Elio. think of him as being like Emerald Brendan. It’s just emphasized to separate them because USUM made pretty drastic changes midway in the story, and the redesign itself is pretty drastic compared to how Brendan and Lucas only switched clothes. Elio got a new hairstyle too

It's baffling May of all characters, probably THE MOST popular female player character, is not in the game. They're either waiting to add her in so they can bank of waifufaggotry from keeping them from being on the brink of death, or they just hate money.
