Also change its typing to Ghost/Fighting for perfect neutral STAB coverage and give 150 BP physical signature moves of those types with no downside.
Only then will it be fair.

I jsut realized that Zacian's National Pokedex number is a trips (888) and it learns level up moves on dubs levels (11, 22, 33, etc etc)
