Tag All Stars is last year's high-class pack and still widely available. It has no shiny cards but has a better selection of Pokemon as well as gold tag team GX cards.
If you're looking for a regular booster box then Sun & Moon Tag Team sets are great to open and have gorgeous box art too. I highly recommend Dream League and Remix Bout.
Champion Road and Explosive Impact are older sets with great cards and still available at MSRP.
