Hell, if I included all of Japan it could be split into 3 leagues, central (Indigo), southern, and northern.
The big issue is that, while the 4 current regions have a lot of cool influence from their real-world counterparts, I'd want regional culture from these new regions to feel like that, too, and I don't know anything about these areas.
I'd need a Jap or a weeb to help me out in crafting them.
