Add to your filters pokegirl, every female protagonist; a bunch of other characters here & there, a few Pokémon as well, and a few terms like Mommy, Dom, and whatever else these people like. Check the threads and filter accordingly, since they're honorary generals usually.
You won't dodge some but you can always use an image filter on content that slips through. At least if a thread gets remade with same pic, you won't see it
