I don't know about you, but being constantly interrupted by worthless dialogue is fucking atrocious. Up until gen 7, cutscenes were honestly pretty short and you could mash them. Now they're too fucking slow because our wacky characters gotta do dumb animations and look at Leo's fucking Charizard pose why can't I mash this look it's Sonia and she's giving me another fucking item. It's SLOW and a goddamn chore to replay
