The only thing that Gamefreak could potentially get them on is the Pokemon decorations (unless things like the inflatable Pokeballs are being sold there, in which case there's no problem). Otherwise, they're just a shop that happens to only sell Pokemon stuff and has a name that's just vague enough not to get them in trouble.
