A fusion of the two would probably only be beatable by Arceus itself. So, Dialkia would effortlessly mop the floor with everything else.
Next in line is Ultra Necrozma, who has similar power but lacks the ability to distort/control reality, then Eternamax Eternatus (which distorts space/time just by existing but has no control over this and is more or less just an extremely powerful monster), and finally Mega Rayquaza.
