For something of the quality of my first picrel I'd take 5-10$max. It's really not much effort to draw, that's just for the time I spend understanding the design so I can accurately portray it. I can also do sprites like this picrel (most recent set) but those will be more expensive since they take more time and work to do. Around 20, depending on the sprite. I have no experience with any style besides gen 2 though.
