Clef should have been suspected at least long fucking ago, this piece of shit has been a cancer for a year now but Smogon will never let it go because of ClefPex cores being so braindead easy to play.
Lando is balanced in the current meta and not even the best rocker/defogger.
Mag is only balanced right now because there's ubers running around OU checking it. It may eventually get broken again.
Heatran is balanced.
Kyurem is balanced unless you managed to get it in behind screens and don't have a Melmetal or Magearna ready. That may make it banworthy.
Urshifu will be banned. It fits everything Smogon hates, the Blackglasses set 2HKOs almost everything.
Spectrier is seeing way too high usage and is checked by dozens of mons.
Melmetal is balanced.
Toxapex has needed to be suspected since Gen 7 but Smogon never will. See Clef.
The problem with OU is that defensive behemoths never get banned so long as one mon in OU counters them, but offensive beasts get banned even if they're balanced, like Cinderace was. Clef and Pex invalidate hundreds of offensive mons and many defensive alternatives. The fact perfectly viable defensive mons like Celesteela are UU and Corviknight is about to drop from OU speaks volumes to this problem. Look at UU, so many mons there are there solely because they can't break ClefPex easily or are defensive mons invalidated by them.
