The "daina" part is pronounced like "dyna", but JP Dynamax is called "daimax".
"Mugendina" is either Bulbapedia being weird, or TPC romanising the "dyna" sound in an un-Japanese way to make it look more exotic to the Japanese audience (something that happens all the time, and frequently results in gibberish when they do it for actual words). No official transliteration scheme renders ダイ as "di" except in specific loanwords.
