>>45472829if you are just playing to beat the champion and be done with it, I prefer ruby/sapphire to emerald. steven is a better champion and emerald has lots of annoying interactions with forced phone calls from random trainers. if you wanna do post game stuff though obviously emerald is better, battle frontier is pure kino and there's the steven fight in meteor falls
