I'm guessing you bought this locally? I'm hoping you didn't pay more than $20 for this.. It's pretty sloppy with the glaze and the outercoat will wash off due to it being ink/marker.

I bought it online....th-they said it wouldn't wash off because the illustration was done with ceramic materials....please tell me it won't wash off....I'll never run it through the dishwasher ever

Maybe it won't, I can't really tell just from the image. Just from a first glance though it doesn't look like it would stay or at least rub off over months of use.

Mind you, I'm not sure what they used. I'm just used to most mugs with painted details to be glazed over or have a coat so the graphic doesn't fade. I don't quite understand why they wouldn't glaze over it, but I guess it's a style choice. If you could I would contact the artist and ask what materials they used for the art just to make sure so you can double check on your own.

As long as you don't wash the thin gengar glaze with a brush, it will last longer.

Turned out nice. I would definitely do rayquaza if you're gonna do one or even mega ray, would look cool. I'm partial to gen 3.

I got word from Sunyshore about a Kingdra plush that I ordered months ago, and it will finally be delivered. Turns out that they can't ship with EMS atm, and had to switch it to Airmail instead
It isn't really a well made plush, I just love collecting plushes of my favorite Pokemon. After that, I might start collecting custom made plushes of Pokemon that don't have an official plush. There's a Volcarona plush on Etsy that's stylized like a Pokedoll, and it is actually cute

Yeah, smaller than I thought it would turn out, but now it chills in a metal Pokeball I have. Gen 3 is my favorite, I love nearly all the Pokemon in it and have a hard time forming a team.

I'm sorry Kingdra didn't get the treatment he deserves, anon. I can't believe how much they skimped on the horns and fins, especially considering that they made Horsea and Seadra's fins with fabric. The sitting cuties plush are usually pretty high quality for their size.
