but everyone in galar runs pokemon found in other region with maybe one or two galar pokemon.

Milo the grass leader runs only 2 of them
Nessa the water leader runs only 1
Kabu the fire leader runs only 1
Bea/Alister the fighting and ghost leaders run 3 and 2 galar pokemon respectively
Bebe only has 2
Gordie runs only 2
Melody runs 4
Marnie runs 2
Raihan only has 1
Hop has 4
Leon has 3 if you choose Cinderace, 2 if you choose the other two
Klara/Avery have 3 the star tournament 2 before that.
Opal and Piers both have only 2 galarian pokemon on their teams as well

Meaning the average number of galarian pokemon on a galarian trainer's team is 2 to 3

Honestly, just using the Pidgey line at all makes you a basic bitch IMO.
Sparrow is right there and you don't actually NEED a flying type by that time. Actually, I doubt you need any flying type until you can find Doduo which is pretty close to the time you get Fly.
