Only 12 of the 37 mons in OU aren't legendary, pseudo, or formerly Uber.
None of the actual big Ubers like Mewtwo or Rayquaza have been unbanned, but that's what makes it Ubers-lite and not just regular Ubers.

Mostly because, unlike OU and lower tiers, AG really is much more restrictive.
The power levels are all over the place, and the new legendaries and mythicals that GF makes are simply too much.

But it made it better.
In the early days of OU, everything was fat balance trying to counter Dracovish until it was banned. There was huge spikes in usage exceeding 40%, something never happened in Gen 7 or any other gen during the height of their popularities (besides Gen 2)
