loved gen 4 factory. not as keen on emerald's because i remember sets there being really fucking weird

USUM's battle agency was almost great but they crippled it by tying it to plaza visitors. i reached level 50 eventually. wasn't easy. wish they made it a part of the battle tree instead

Shit anon, I found a shiny Nidoking way back when. When I played the game again years later, I found two shiny Sevipers in the Pike and I'm still mad about it.

Emerald's is the worst because the movesets are just fuck my shit up tier. The only reason they work against you is because of hax.
Battle Agency was good but I will never understand having levels in it. It should have been you registering a Pokemon for other people to use.
Haven't played Platinum's Factory in depth but PWT rentals are all right.

Honestly the problem with pokemon is that you can use op shit on your team and steam roll stuff.

Rentals make stuff more exciting and unpredictable at the price of some rng.

Like the Battle Tower, except now you're subjected to using the same gimmicky bullshit sets the AI does. Most of those sets are not built to consistently win but to cheese out a victory against the player.
