So why didn't Jynx get an evo?
it was the "kanto trio" with Magmar and Electabuzz
They all had their baby variant.
But only Electabuzz and Magmar received new evolutions.
Why? Did GameFreak knew they created racism?

from the very first games jynx was ice/psychic, electabuzz and magmar were pure electric and fire, jynx was only obtainable by an in game trade, magmar and electabuzz were version exclusive counterparts.

Electabuzz is exclusive to jap Red, Magmar in jap Green, and Jynx in jap Blue. They're all version exlusives and are together in the dex.

They're next to each other in dex.
They're all humanoids.
They're the classic Fire/Electric/Ice trio common in RPGs even to this day.
Aside from Hitmonchan who got all three, they were the original users of the elemental punches.
They all got babies that are also next to each other in the dex, that are completely different to the other babies, they're separate from them in the dex, evolve at level 30 instead of happiness, and are much much stronger.

All i'm doing is pointing out that you're wrong. And in jap Blue, Jynx isn't exclusive to trade, it's caught at Seafoam Islands. Magmar is in Red, Electabuzz is in Green, and Jynx is in Blue. They're version exclusives.

Also, mega evolution (Glalie and Frosslass), regional variant (Ninetales and Arcanine) and gigantamax (Butterfree and Beedrill) aren't fair with counterparts or even within an evolution family.

I sure love when a supposed member of an elemental trio gets its own tailor made signature move lovely kiss completely unrelated to ice powers and the others dont get shit. I sure love when no pokedex entries even bother refering to its elemental powers while the other two are nearly always dedicated to their element. I sure love that two members of the trio are entirely designed around their element, even having their insignia slapped across their body while the other member doesnt, isnt even color coded to match its element and is themed all about kissing and dancing.
I sure love how morons in this thread keep reaching and ignoring the fact that we know the actual third member of the trio got the chop, not making it into the final game.

Think of it this way, Rayquaza isn't exclusive to Emerald, it can be found in both Ruby and Sapphire. (A bit of a stretch, bear with me). As said previously, there are other Ice, Fire, Electric parallels within Generation 1. Because Jynx was made into a standard encounter in Blue, while Electabuzz and Magmar remained unobtainable. It's fair to say that Jynx was the replacement Pokemon for that trio.
