i started with diamond back in 2007 and i intend to end my pokemon journey with the diamond remake. how based does that make me?

you probably won't be able to do it.
none of the sinnoh starters are in SS complete version meaning you have to use HOME. You will need to pay to transfer your mons which I won't fucking do.

I plan on doing the same thing. I love the Sinnoh mythology and story but I've got sorta got tired of Pokémon as a whole now, and I don't really find the gameplay fun anymore.

if the gen 4 remakes have a decent ost (which they won't, they'll fuck shit up like they did in lgpe), i might buy it used. regardless of whether i get it or not, though, i'll probably give up on pokemon at that point. last game i brought was sun, never even finished it

I'm sticking around to see how the remakes or even gen 9 turns out, I never truly plan to abandon pokemon, I just won't buy the games until they're good enough to warrent playing
