Hints in spoilers.
Thievul is a pretty good pick. Preferably, I'd choose something that isn't awake at all hours, but at the same time, it ties really nicely into the overarching themes of the album.
Lopunny was originally Diggersby, as Diggersby got an album-thematic move that Lopunny doesn't get. However, Diggersby is taking the title of the track too literally and doesn't tie nearly as well to the premise.
Mimikyu is probably the best pick of the bunch, and should be somewhat easy to tie back to the track title.
Zoroark was originally Slowking, who ties a bit better to the title of the track, but Zoroark gets the album-important move and ties nicely to the MV.
Kricketot is a pick I'd replace with Hoothoot/Noctowl if I could (even though the reason why I want it is mostly indirect), but it doesn't have the right ability. Truth be told, Kricketot isn't the best available pick either as it relies on its hidden ability, but it's awake at night and it's one of my favourite Pokemon, so I couldn't say no. Kricketot doesn't get the album-important move (Hoothoot/Noctowl do), but this song isn't directly tied to the album's theme as far as I can tell (and neither is Phantump's), so that doesn't matter.
Phantump doesn't have quite the right design, but it's the best we can do without using a mon that doesn't have the right type.
The Pokemon are ordered in track order. However, they are not sequential - there's gaps between some of these tracks.
