It depends on just how much the fan art changes. Her boobs in this pic aren't even that extreme and still jive just fine with her overall figure. The fan arts which make them basketball sized or the asses the curvature of a planet I can understand, but it's fan art anyways. It's like bitching about people fapping to futa which is an even "bigger" change...

In short, people have an issue if something doesn't match their specific fantasy.
