>>45516373I mean, I enjoyed them. I always kinda thought RSE were ugly, and although ORAS weren't particularly good looking, they were good enough. Delta Episode was a fun surprise too. But they're easily the worst of the remakes. FRLG added some bulk to the main and post game with the Sevii Islands, and Gen III is just more playable than Gen I imo. HGSS didn't fix the level curve or distribution issues but added the Battle Frontier, Pokeathlon, the expanded area near Cianwood, Gym Leader rematches, following pokemon, and some other stuff I can't really think of right now. ORAS were the only remakes that just felt like a necessity, like GF only made them because they kinda had to. At the end of the day they're still not as worthwhile as Emerald, which is disappointing considering they had the opportunity to be better.
